3 Amazing Guacamole Recipes for Boosting Testosterone

Who doesn't love guacamole? You'll love it even more after you learn just how good avocados are for your testosterone...

In this article, we're going to share with you 3 mouth watering & T-Boosting guacamole recipes.

We already agree that guacamole is delicious - but just how actually good for you is it?

Avocados are packed with nutrient dense dietary fat. In fact, almost 80% of the calories in an avocado come from fats.

And no, dietary fat isn't something to worry about - increased dietary fat intake is directly correlated with increased testosterone production.

Keep in mind, there are different types of dietary fats. The types of fat that increase T are saturated fats (SFAs) and monounsaturated fats (MUFAs), while polyunsaturated (PUFAs) actually tend to lower testosterone.

In our case with avocados, that majority of fats are MUFAs and contain very little PUFAs.

Lastly, avocados are packed with vitamins and minerals that support T-production. Some of the main ones are:

  • Vitamins - A, B2, B5, B6, C, E, K2
  • Minerals - magnesium, zinc, copper

Overall, it's safe to say that avocados are a great food that boosts testosterone naturally.

As a quick side note, garlic and onions have also been shown to increase T production in multiple animal studies (1,2,3,4,5). You'll see these ingredients in the recipes below.

That’s why you need guacamole recipes like these... They can spice up your lunch, complete your dinner entree, be the life of the party, and most importantly, increase your testosterone production.

Now, let's dive into the recipes...

If you like spicy, then add some jalapeños. If you like really spice, use habaneros instead.
