When will my order ship?
- Orders normally ship within 1-2 business day unless there is an exception. Orders placed on the weekend or a holiday will be queued up for the next business day to be processed.
- Example: If your order was placed at 2PM Eastern (New York time) on Monday then it would entering the shipping system for picking and packing on Tuesday.
Are shipping speeds guaranteed?
- UPS has specific guidelines for delivery time guarantees. See here for specifics.
- USPS Priority Mail Express comes with a delivery time guarantee. See here for specifics.
- DHL Express is normally 2-5 business days after the order has shipped.
- Transit times are considered from the time that USPS/UPS/DHL receives the package. As stated above, packages are normally shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. We attempt to prioritize orders with expedited shipping, however, this does not mean that order with NEXT DAY SHIPPING placed in the afternoon will ship that day to receive it the next morning.
What is the latest to get my order shipped the same day?
- Orders are sent to fulfillment at 10AM Eastern. Once the order has been received by fulfillment we are unable to make changes or cancel it.
- Please still allow 1 business day for order processing.
- Shipping offered via US Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) in the USA.
- We reserve right to merge shipments to the same address.
- First Class Mail for orders under 1 lbs
- USPS Priority Mail normally delivered in 2-3 business days once shipped. Please consider the time it takes for fulfillment to process your order.
- International shipments are shipped via DHL.
- You are responsible for duties and taxes that may be imposed by your country or any fees charged to clear your parcel in customs. If you are shipping abroad please consider this in your purchase decision.

- Order discrepancies and damages must be reported immediately but no later than fourteen (14) days after receipt of goods.
